I have stayed here twice... and going to book again next year, and I like peace and quiet and relaxation... without a doubt it is the finest I have been to. What other hotel puts the parasols up, brings you cold water, cleans your sunglasses, gives you cold eucylyptus flannels and fresh fruit salad, at your sunbed before 11am? The review could not be more wrong about the main restaurant either. I have witnessed nothing but the highest standard. Book it, I promise you, you won't regret it. The waiter service in the lobby is outstanding, when you sit down, someone will always come to see if you want drinks. Tipping is not necessary, but if you do tip, like I do, they are very grateful.

Disagree ! We are currently sat in lobby Awaiting our departure and we are allready booking to come back Not one single fault in our stay Staff deserve the credit for this hotel . It is spotless clean , rooms are a little dated but are still good Anyone reading this please look on trip advisor or Google And make your own mind up

Here is my honest review as I am here now and not about to be dishonest. The room family room. I can not complain about it and if you get the right room. You will have a big size balcony. The only thing I think the balcony needs is sunbeds and a clothes rack. The food is hit and miss. I give it a 5 Ice cream in the restaurant only comes out from 2.20pm till 4pm and in the evening twice a week. The Entertainments. For the young kids. You have a movie night 8pm or before the Mini Disco at 8 30pm till 9pm The main entertainment isn't that great. My kids and i have given the entertainment a 3 as it's mostly dancing. The pools was ok. You got only 1 heated pool. The lazy river definitely lived up to its name as you had to paddle with your hands or grad the sides to help you around. The lazy river gets a 3 It was freezing also. The heated pool gets an 9 And the last pool gets a 8.5 The workers gets a biig 10 Security 10 Not much daytime activities. Might be the time of year in November. Housekeeping gets a 10 The shops. They l overpriced. So bring your own toiletries. Shower wash, etc... Water park opens at 10am. Some did not open till 2.30pm and closed at 4pm. Not sure about summer time Don't expect the sand on the beach to be soft. Its very grity. I would not let my young children play on the sand. Our overall stay gets a 9.6

I have been there for the last three years and will be returning in January fantastic hotel down to the manager the staff and the owner will always have time and speak to you. The food is outstanding and is my hotel of choice every year.

Been there, and really enjoyed the stay. I liked the fact that there was no entertainment on the beach, there was enough near the hotel, at the beach it was just nice and quiet, sleep those hangovers you get from all the cocktails away😂. Only downside was the extreme noise from the airconditioning, but after a few days of complaining we got another room which was not near the roof (where al the noise comes from) after that everything at the hotel was absolutely nice. The hotel has a submarine, which was a very nice experience. And great offers to go snorkeling or diving, also leave from the beach of the hotel. Staf was very nice. One downside of the area was, as soon as you leave the resort you will be bothered ever second by people and children trying to get money from you. After a few days that was really annoying and it did not always feel very save so I spend most of the time at the resort or on group activities. But the hotel is absolutely worth the money. We have had a great time.

Do they have a lift or a soft way to get to the beach without walking all those huge stairs up the hill? This should have been discussed in this video or at least mentioned. There are ppl with special needs

A lot of information in this video is incorrect, to start with most of the video footage is not from 2024 so does not show any of the refurbishments to reception and hotel in general that were carried out in the 2023 winter season so it’s all out of date, and some of the footage is actually from TUI blue next door, ice cream is available on the all inclusive from the ice cream hut, so if you can’t even get basic information like that right then it shows how little is actually known about the hotel. It’s like you just read all the poor reviews from trip advisor word for word and missed out all the good ones. So is not a fair review at all. Have been to this hotel many times and had a great time and never any issues with food etc

Got reserved this hotel for my family December 14-21. Just wondering if there will be warm enough to swim, as I see a lot wind at winter, and not sure if pools will be too cold or even closed slides (heard from someone they closing because is not season). Hope there still plenty to do for children and they will not close most of it just because its december. Hope to hear some feedback about it, thanks.

I've been to this resort and enjoyed it very much and I would agree with this review for the most part. The beach is wonderful. Grounds are gorgeous as is the main pool. Food is quite good. I would clarify the comment that the 'main restaurant' isn't air conditioned. The open air restaurant down by the ocean which is the breakfast and lunch buffet serves as one of the ala cartes for dinner is not airconditioned but there is usually a breeze off the ocean and the view is lovely. I didn't miss the AC at all. The dinner buffet and all the other ala cartes do have AC. I also concur that the drinks are a bit lacking. If you only drink beer or blender drinks or rum its perfectly fine. If you like a good cocktail or premium brand alcohol get the level upgrade which gets you access to a premium lounge and a lovely roof top bar which both have premium alcohol. It also gets you another ala carte restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and has AC. Also gives you a separate pool area and beach area. The level up grade is a bit cheaper than most premium clubs. It was about $200/week/person when I was there April 2023. Note if you don't have the level upgrade the only place for breakfast is the open air buffet or the coffee bar in the lobby that has smoothies/pastries/muffins/fruit etc. For lunch there is the open air buffet and a food truck by the pool(or room service of course). Yes rooms are a bit tired but not bad at all. Definitely a quieter place but that can be a pro or con. Overall good value for $ especially if book 4-6 months in advance. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
