Why does the anti-vegf work for non-proliferate diseases? For example for Mac edema in npdrp or vein occlusion with Mac edema? In both cases the edema is not due to proliferation..

i have been on doxepin and chlordiazepoxide for 50 years for depression and know iam using lanaprost for gluacoma ! that put me in a depression state..what should i do quit using the lantaprost
