The shield bash for 25%, is a nice perk as well because that really is a lot of extra damage. The first one conviction gives you 25% less health dmg overall after you lose your armor you dont have to be at 25% health to reap its benefits. Just lose your armor and you will get the dmg reduction for 25%.

Agreed.. When unlocking the shield bash for 25% extra dmg I would say try using it and if your not missing having the 25% dmg reduction, and are surviving fine without out it. Then shield bash would be the choice.

@BOAR-yv9nj funny thing about that 25% damage boost is it effects the shield bash afterwards too 🤣 I still like the shock on armor lost but as you get better it happens less and less. So I'm always using kill major on parry or the lvl 25 perk no knockdown. With armor on nonlethal gunstrikes, shield bash gunstrikes and parries, my armor stays topped up

Thx, ya definitely give it a try. With the fast cloak reload helps a lot on ruthless. Im going to circle back to him and test out some other builds see if anything is superior to this.

Lol! I was trying to make good enjoyable content as well probably made my judgement a bit cloudy =p. BUT yes people check on health and make sure team mates don't need the armor first!

My setup is geared to not getting knocked back.. While one perk may help with knockback while I have Armor I can utilize my shield bash to have knock back when I don't have armor.. As for the 10% less damage, it applies to every hit doesn't matter if its armor, so in essence allowing you to take less damage while your armor is refilling. But with that said just after more experience with the game and talking to some people, I believe "Rejuvenating Effect" is a better option. Appreciate your feedback.

It feels good out of the box, you can taylor your build nicely depending on the weapons(Which have their own perk tree as well) your wanting to take into the current mission your doing. There are some perks that need patching to make them more relevant but that is usually the case with most all new games. For future potential I thinks its extremely high, with this being Warhammers fastest selling game to date there is going to be a lot of future content to come. And they seem to be working hard to make that content come sooner than later.

Sniper I'm dropping today, Heavy is coming tomorrow. Assault ASAP.. Getting them to 25 and diving into their perks before releasing any builds.. Sorry for the wait! Also I do have a full sniper break down on my channel if you wanted to skim through it for the perks.

I was under the impression that block reduced the perfect parry window, so I was trying to use block while raising the PP window on it. But now with further research I just did thanks to your comment, it seems you can still parry with blocking weapons, but you can not perfect parry.. So switching to balanced or fencing would 100% be a better option. Thanks for the feedback and pointing that out!

@@MoProduktions I hope they change it in the future, it kinda makes Block useless. The benefits don't outweigh the removal of perfect parry imo. Personally I use Combat Knife(Fencing) on my Vanguard, because it seems better against single targets like Major's, and I use Melta for "cleave".

Oh very nice. Absolutely right extremely vital. And let's face it, those perfect timed parries are very satisfying.

I think I'm going to change my knife to Balance instead of Parry with those two perks, see how it plays.

I tried with balance, I feel like its close to what you said it turns balanced into fencing, possibly slightly better than basic fencing without the perks.

I can't argue you on that one, and the more ruthless I played I went back to it. Even just getting a team mate up without having to revive is a huge asset! And on top of everything you mentioned it is top tier! Honestly the other 2 need a buff to 30-50% to make them more appealing.

I would suggest waiting for some more content to release, or a price drop. No matter how much fun it is, there is no denying its repetitive nature combined with a lack of content at launch on the PVE side.
