Nature me and my bike ( Africa Twin Adventure Sport )
Riding along the narrow path of the beautiful autumn forest looks very thrilling and fun Also, the autumn foliage that is constantly spreading by the road is a remarkable view❤
Yes, I think this is the best season to ride this kind of trails. The scenery and colours are so beautiful.❤️
Awesome video. Just had to mute and make my own motorcycle sounds
I know. Sorry for that. Next video hopefully gonna be with a fixed microphone.😀
Where is the track?
check the Ride the Highlands website and you will find the maps for all the trucks.
Call my wife plis 🤣🤣🤣, congrats to your enhanced riding skills.
Thanks 👍
Great video. Just wish there was no repetitive music in the background.
Thanks 😊 Sorry about the music, but I thought better have the music than blowing went into the microphone. 🤪
Thanks man. You saved my day. By the way, twin air filters are already oiled for the first installation. I lubricated both anyway but you were right. Great work and thanks again 🙏🙏🙏🏅👋👌
Glad I could help😀✌️
Turn off the music! We can hardly hear you.
Sorry that you cannot hear it properly. It’s too late to take down the music. But I was trying to do a voice over the music because my actual microphone in the helmet was not working properly.
Did you not loosen the exhaust like outher UA-cam videos.?
No, the exhaust does not have to be loosen. I was always wondering why the other UA-camrs were doing it a different way. I just tried to make it easier😀
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Way to handle that bike bike. Great ride.
Thanks 😊 It’s not easy 🤪😀
😂 really can relate the feel of the pavement but it is more deserving to bike riders. Amazing !!!!
That smooth pavement…. I don’t think I was ever so happy a ride pavement road again.
Amazing. I could literally feel excitement and reminiscing the moment when saw the billboard of the Caniapiscau. Envy the fact your went all the way to 692, we stopped at the second dam.
Huge accomplishment. And then there was a little thought you have to go back on the same road.😂
The lose gravels are quite sketchy, especially for the bikers. During our trip we met a group of 8 bikers, who finished the trip almost with our timeline. Quite a challenge and thrilling.
Yes, doing it on the motorcycle. It’s a totally different animal. I think it is a huge accomplishment to ride or drive this road. When I finish it, I said I never gonna do it again now I will still like to go back to it.
Loved the sunrise ride back from Chisasibi shores. The Halte Pontois campsite is quite nice, each site with ample privacy.
It was spectacular that they are riding towards the rising sun.
Walking through memory lane with these videos 😊 Matagami campground looks great. Did you book it ahead or on-site ? This section of the trip we camped on the Rupert River Campground.
Originally was supposed to camp at rapid River. But one of the rides had some problem with his eye so I needed to stop earlier. Matagami campground was really awesome. No reservation needed. The owner actually let us sleep at the little building where the library is located so we didn’t even have to set up our tents. So we stopped there also on the way back, which is not on any of the videos because my recording equipment decided to give up on me.
Nice. When did you complete this trip ? We finished it this August/September. Quite a feat to finish the distance from Toronto to Matagami on one go, specially with the bike. Kudos.
We were there on the beginning of August. The distance between Toronto and Matagami it was a little bit of a challenge. But all of our group are made out of long distance riders, so it was actually nice. We supposed to go to rapid river, but one of my friends had a little issue with his eye.
I’m still waiting on the expert section
I guess this is the expert section😂😂😂
Cool video. Subscribed
Thank you😀
To my former brother/mentor/friend Africa Twin, amazing video, keep it going 🎉
Thanks 😊
Are the trees okay?😅😢
You really like to hug trees lol😂
😂😂😂
What can I say? I’m a big tree hugger.😂😂😂😂😂
Thanks for sharing! safe travels
Hy, great video👍👍👍whats kind of tankbag of sw product you fixed of the Africa Twin? Thank you for the information✌️✌️✌️salutation from Switzerland 🇨🇭🇨🇭🇨🇭🇨🇭🇨🇭🇨🇭
SW Motech PRO City. But if you can get one without the site packets, it will be much better. Sorry for the late response Thank you for watching and liking my video 😀👊
nice <3
Thanks 😊
The last solo ride of the year…i guess…next year’s more exciting😀
There is still more coming this year. You know what I mean and what I’m going.💪🏻😀😂
Helmet wiper for the next one please, amazing😍😍😍
I know, right. 😂
❤
Yes, I took their training this past spring as well on my AT and highly recommend them. Hope to get back next year for the advanced session. Hope you've got your bike repaired.
Yes, I had my bike fixed. If everything is gonna go right, I might be one of the ADV instructors in there.
nice, I was there in June, definitely a fun and great place to learn how to ride off road.
Very nice people very nice school. I was doing some photography for them and testing their trails for adventure riding on a single truck.
Better video than the motortek !
😂Thanks
SIL is hot 😍😍, and another adventure where I am left out🤣🤣.
wondering which oil you choose. Recommend is 10w-30 in terms of viscosity. Wondering why I saw the number 51 on your oil.... ?
What is recommended is as regular riders not doing anything crazy on those bikes. I choose my oil for a little bit more abuse on the engine. It works the same as a setup of your motorcycle. You don’t ride it. The way is set up auto factory.
Looks fantastic🥰🙌🏻👍
Thank you 😋
You must be squeezing your handlebars like crazy just loosen up on the gravel just rest your wrists and relax. I've never seen that before. the kay is to let the handlebar loose on the gravel not to be tense. i've done many km on loose gravel trust me lol if you ever und up in loose sand or trails in Utah You will have a hard time to ride.
My hands were super loose on the handlebars sometimes even just holding them with my fingers. That road is something else that gravel is something else. We are not the only ones finishing this road with our hands in this kind of condition. I don’t know maybe there is something in the air 😂😂😂
Nice, glad your buddy had no injuries. I stayed at that same campsite a month ago on my AT while completing the Pick Axe loop. Lovely campground and the owners have had it for over 50 years.
My buddy was going a little bit too fast for the corner.🤪😂 The owners of the camp are super nice. I’m still planning to do timber loop this season. Do you wanna join?
Nice)
Thanks 😊
Mac , you are awsome buddy
😂 Thanks 😂
Fantastic effort and appreciate you bringing us along. A friend is on route North to the Trans Taiga right now in an aging Subaru. In awe we'll have his report.
I hope he brought some spare wheels. That gravel over there is no joke. Let me know how he’s doing. Being there feels amazing just you and nature.
@@falcuspluscamera Our friend is back with some great Northern Lights photos and no tire issues. Old Subaru rally driver with lots of new tires.
@@richardguse3410 I was hoping for some northern lights, but unfortunately, we had still smog from wildfires. Big thumbs up for your friend coming back from the TT 👍🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
TT done, from Poland to Canada
😂😂
Did you ever use the cruise control on the pavement to ease the grip and pain in your hands?
Yes, I was using cruise control even on the TT😂 But my friend Genesis, fortunately didn’t have one that’s why his hand and his shoulder was all swollen by the end of the trip
I thought that I get up early but you definitely have me beat.
It was too much fresh air. I just couldn’t sleep.😂😂😂
That feeling of Getting off the TT is incredible. I think everyone kisses the paved highway. LOL.
I know, right. We couldn’t wait to register smooth pavement. Our time was just dragging waiting for that smooth smooth road. 1385km on TT it will make everyone kiss that smooth pavement😂😂😂
Well done! Spike and I stopped both ways at the same campground/boat launch on the TT. We met the guys who owned that trailer. We kept our neck buffs over our mouths the whole way and still tasted dust! When I got to Relais 381, the hand dryer blew clouds of dust from my suit when I was drying my hands. I looked like Charlie Brown's friend Pig Pen. I found it very quiet when I got to the Billy Diamond. The symphony of gravel on my belly pan was louder than I knew. Congratulations! Ps. You mentioned that you might do a video just talking about the trip. If you want to do a cross-over video, let me know. I would be happy to sit and chat about the journey. No pressure, just an offer.
Thanks 😊 When I went to Billy Diamond Highway I start going so fast, the road was so smooth. My friend couldn’t cut up with me.😂 And I think it will be a good idea to get together and talk about TT. I didn’t see any videos with two different UA-camrs with different point of view talking about that road. I think this will be really good for future riders trying to attempt to reach the end of this this lovely gravel road.
Well done!
Thanks 😊
LOL. I dropped my bike on that boat access ramp @10:40.
I stopped counting how many times I drop my bike😂😂😂
Congratulations to the both you, huge accomplishment
Thank you so much!
Where is this trail?
This is small part of the Creemore loop.
Hello from Kitchener..
Hello 😊
Beautiful video, I only seen this video I will go back and watch the rest of them. I've been wanting to do the 666Km for about 15 Years now, thanks for bringing us along.
Thank you for watching. Just do it before they gonna pay the road.😂 This road was a challenge, but was a beautiful challenge.
I thought bear spray was illegal in Canada?
No bear spray it’s not illegal in Canada. You can purchase it in the hunting stores. But you do have to register your purchase of it.
@@falcuspluscamera It must be pepper spray that's illegal. They seem to ask about it a lot at the border.
