Thanks sis! Don’t be afraid to try different methods. You have to find what works for YOU and YOUR body type because everyone’s body is different. The two methods that are helping me maintain currently is low carb and fasting during breakfast and sometimes lunch. Let me know if you need some help or motivation. I’m here!

@@TheresaCeeTV Live in Michigan, and drive for work. Many larger cities in the midwest the gas stations have the bathrooms off limits to customers. Even the starbucks now have locks and you have to get a lock combo to get in.
