I know Kelsie’s mom is horrible & problematic, but that hairdresser honestly has an even worse attitude than she does. You shouldn’t just steal $120 from someone when you didn’t provide them a single service. It’s not like she lost an entire appointment slot, she just moved on to the next girl in line when Kelsie wasn’t there. She really should’ve just given the mom her money back. I’d be pissed off too if she was just insisting “she wouldn’t have been late” when she doesn’t even know what’s going on with the program timing from that room whatsoever.
