I used to stay with my nan for my school summer holidays. (she lived a bit further out of town than where that vid starts) and made that walk down to the sea front almost every day (and go and play around in puckpool park) It hasn't really changed very much from those days..late 50's to 60's. Perfectly recognisable.

Thank you for showing this video. Brings back memories to when I lived in Southampton. A lot has changed since 1991 when I left, but some buildings remain. Last time I was in Soton was 2012 to visit my friend, who has passed away.👍🙏🙏

This video would be of greater interest if there was a narration or at least some indication of what is being shown. I only know the main streets of Chichester and would like to be informed about the rest of the town.

Winchesters is expense place to buy a house - Quality of homes build turn of 1900 is poor - does not meet today insulation standards. Parking in nonexistence in and around the city. British is Big on Electric cars - most people part on streets and how would one change their car...

Not far for me. been several times. Instantly forgetable.

In the 90s I used to busk in the high street playing Sax most weeks and weekends. I sold hundreds of tapes. I loved to go into the downstairs cafe in Cascades, but now as usual they found a reason to close it. Anything nice in this world is doomed.
