Ive tried 15 times to get the kick stand on but the screw is too small it wont even keep it attached to the bike when i screw it all the way in

I wish they went faster. It takes awhile before it hits full speed. Compared to my HitWay Ebike this thing has alot less than the bike does. But one thing I love is how low it is to the ground, the lights on it are good and I love the bars and storage space BUT I don't like how I lose half power 5 minutes into riding it. I can go maybe 45 minutes on it and that's it.

Is it normal for the battery to only last 45 minutes? For some reason I had it fully charged first time I ever used it. I charged it up. I went out and within 20 mins to 25 mins the battery was past half. It's almost dead. It's got one more bar and only lasted like 35 to 40/45 mins. Is that normal? I'm 145 pounds and I'm like 5 foot 7

Could you post a link on how to remove the battery and store it for the winter? I want to bring the battery inside while it is minus 30 in the winter. Should it be discharged before storing …or fully charged…or somewhere in the middle?
