I see there is no cue/master mixer knob for headphones.. how do you cue tracks without this feature?
Looks like there is, litteraly just above the headphone's input there are the knobs used for the volume of the mix in the headphones and for the mix master/cue

Great set! Amazing how well this gear holds up over time. I myself am going to recreate my old DJ setup from the late 90's early 2000's. I like modern equipment...but it's just lacking something I miss from Tech 12's, CDJ 1000's and DJM 500/600 mixers. Glad I saved my fav records from back then lol

Debes empatar los tracks a corde al BMP ejemplo si vas a 128 bmp todos los tracks que mezcles deben ir al mismo BPM y cuando los empates hazlo en el momento en que ambos tracks estan en el Drop para que no se note tu cambio Es un pequeño consejo espero no me lo tomes a mal Saludos

I just got a DJM500 for $50 from Goodwill. It's got some missing fader knobs as well as some serious scratchiness when adjusting the faders, but I plan on fixing it up. Any tips? I can't believe I got it for so cheap. I wanna bring it back to it's former glory.
I just grab one recently for a very cheap price, let me know if you guys have some tips for restoring
Buy new faders. It's cheap and will make all the difference, and they're not that hard to replace. After many years they are probably pretty worn, and with dust and dirt accumulating over the years, it's not worth the trouble to try and clean them. More work and no guarantee it will help. Also check the head phone jack. They often get loose as the plastic ring around it are worn out or get cracked. If the jack still sounds good, try to get a small metal clip and carefully insert it where the original probably still are. Together it might be enough to make jack steady again. The last thing worth checking out is the plastic clips holding the cue buttons in place. They often brake on the most used ones. Use superglue to get them fixed for light use, and swap them for a couple that are still working and make sure you have the best ones on the channels you plan to use the most. It's a quick d.i.y. fix, but getting new plastic clips may not be that easy.
