This reminds me of the cloverfield movies. Time travel and multi dimension are almost the same, especially in the new anime where they explain the time travel takes you somewhere in a different dimension and timeline.

It is a story that gets often told. The aspiring writer submits their work and the movie studio "absorbs it". Someone on reddit had the inital drawings for Despicable me "Gru" and claimes they were taken without compensation. I do think that the genius of the movies is in the "treatment". If she had control of the IP, it may have just been one of thousands of b grade movies pushed at the time.

I read her book the third eye and it's nothing at all like a Terminator or The matrix. It's basically the Bible story about God, Lucifer and the chosen one being Jesus who is actually born of a immaculate birth and has a lot of Star wars type elements to it, but nothing in. In it has cyborgs or robust that control people or anything of that nature. It's just a story of Jesus, basically stopping Lucifer or you can even say stopping the Antichrist and kind of converging both the New testament and Revelations. So if anything she plagiarized the Bible and Star wars and even Orson Welles 1984. But there's nothing in it that makes you think of The matrix. Even the matrix has a lot of biblical overtones in it. But again, so does Star wars with the chosen one and so forth. There's nothing original about this story. She just took something that is very familiar with just about everyone and then placed it in a future in which Lucifer controls a particular City. But it's not through robots or cyborgs or anything of that nature and how there's going to be an upcoming nuclear Holocaust of some kind through computers. But the computers do not think on their own necessarily. There's literally nothing in the Book that would tell you that this is the matrix or that is determinate. I could see where she thinks it's all ripped off, especially with the whole God and Jesus scenario that even The matrix movie also supplies. But there really isn't anything that comes off like it is a clear plagiarism of The matrix. It's clear plagiarism of the Bible if somebody tried to write a sci-fi version of the Bible. And her lawsuit for Terminator is literally based on one line of an alien in her book saying that they will be back when the time is right. Just like how Jesus said that he'll be back when the times right. But if you read her book, it's literally the Bible and a sci-fi setting.
