Great Job. One suggestion. Put your flour mixture in a gallon zip lock bag to dredge your chicken. It's much cleaner and easy Pouring off the liquid from your bowl is okay. However, if you leave the moisture, your flour will adhere, making the chicken crisper. if you poke holes in your chicken before marinading it will help. Great JOB IT LOOKS DELICIOUS
