For putaways, is there any core rotation/lower body weight transfer involved for power? Or is power completely all in the wrist?

We can’t see your partner or the flight or the ball, as you are standing in front of her and the ball path. I know you won’t change the angle being from behind. But why include all the dead space to your left? Do we need to see the ball caddy and the dead court to your left? Move the camera to the right so we can at least see the person you’re hitting with, and the ball.

You talked about “coming around” the ball and said that that is due to gripping the paddle too tight. Is that a legitimate shot too? It also seems to produce spin but (as Michelle said) in a different direction. I’ve seen both motions on the rec courts - especially on serves and forehand drives.

I remember in hs my doubles partner (tennis) was a leftie. We decided that on middle balls to our forehand, he would take it because he had an easier time going cross court to the opponent's backhand, but is there a general rule for that?
