The McMurtry Spéirling fan car does 0 - 60 MPH in 1.4 Seconds!! Nobody comes close to beating that. The sub 1,000kg McMurty has 1,000bhp and 2,000kg of instant and continuous downforce.
Great point! The McMurtry Spéirling is absolutely insane, and that fan system is a game-changer. It’s worth noting the Aspark Owl is street-legal though (should have specified that in the video hehe...) Either way, both are breaking EV boundaries in their own epic ways!
but is it stock
@ The McMurty stock yes has those numbers
Bro has never seen an Arab vtc
Arab VTC cars are amazing, but aren’t they tuned or custom builds?
I want a 500-mile electric NASCAR-like race series. Racing innovation would help them progress in safety, range, and performance.
That would be epic. 500 miles of pure EV racing would push the limits for sure!
Dodge Challenger Demon 170 0-100 kmh in 1.6s : Hold my beer 🍺 some people forgot me
@Abo0z The Demon 170 is a beast, no doubt about it. But technically, it has the lead in 0-60 mph, while the Aspark Owl has it in 0-100 km/h
@@SAS3_TV The Dodge does that on drag slicks that are heated up and probably on a very sticky launching are! The Dodge is Epic but will lose to electric
The McMurtry does 0 - 60 MPH in 1.4 Seconds!! Nobody comes close to beating that.
🤠👍
Would you trust an IA with your life?
Fucking Brilliant!
What's your take on Electric Vehicles?
They have their place.
No longer true. Byd took over.
@mykegoh Really? Already? We know they're ambitious but I wonder if they've taken the lead yet. What metrics are you looking at?
Great. Eco system
🤠👍❤️
steer by wire = copy of flybywire (joke)
everyones so mad about this like we havent been using fly-by-wire in commercial aircraft for decades. car guys need to grow the fuck up and accept that a normal family car with these safety features is gonna benefit more people even if that doesnt include your petrol head superiority complex self
So it will give you 0 control and will do wat ever it wants 😢
Did you not watch the full video mate? 😅
isnt steer by wire already used in airplanes?, i dont think steer by wire will be too bad tbh
fly by wire yep!
But the potential problem here is that if there is an electrical system's malfunction, while driving the car, you will lose all steering. The same goes for fly-by-wire throttle and breaks.
"Controller disconnected"
Imagine stick drift
Car: has an electrical fault Steering wheel: well now im useless haha have fun byyyee
Haha, I get it! But luckily these systems have backup power and other safety measures, so the steering wheel won't just bail on you 😅
Cut the wire for a funny prank
@Cheesegod_random 😂 Not sure I'd call that a funny prank, lol. But... let’s not tempt fate. Safety first, right?
I'm pretty sure every single steer by wire car would know that the connection to the steering motor is broken and wouldn't let you drive too 😅
@@hypernovafx lol yeah... that too 😅
it's like using logitech steering wheels to steer your real car, once batteries disconnect u cooked
@indo252 That’s definitely a concern. But automakers have made sure to address that risk, with systems in place like backup power and other safety measures. So it’s not quite the same as a gaming controller losing connection. Still, I get that it can be a bit difficult to trust this kind of tech at first. Do you think it’ll always feel risky?
@joshplayzyt2194 Haha, I think you got the wrong channel buddy... Unless you're looking for a turbocharged carrot cake?
@@SAS3_TV sorry but i prefer mechanical system on crucial things
@@indo252 Sure, that's perfectly fine! Having the choice is what matters. Now that makes me wonder... will we still have that choice 10 or 20 years from now? Hmmm...
Those feedbacks are necessary for knowing wtf the wheels are doing. This is a horrible "upgrade"
@Duck_side I know what you mean. Might feel strange at first since we're used to traditional feedback. I haven't driven with this tech yet, so I can't say how it feels. Maybe it’ll take time to get used to, or perhaps they've already found a way to replicate that feedback. Either way, I think this will become more common in the near future. What do you think?
I think it comes with a lot of benefits that aren't fully realized yet. For example, you can filter out undesired feedback from the desired one. It also enhances packaging and crash safety since no physical steering column (or even two for right-hand-side driving) is required. As for safety: nowadays, nobody bats an eye at the electronics in your airbag (=explosive) to prevent life-threatening incidents. The same goes for servo steering racks-a malfunction in those could also likely result in a crash.
You can emulate the road feedback perfectly with steer by wire and a little more engineering (using sensors in the wheels to see how they deviate from the desired rotation and then moving the steering wheel using a motor by the relative same deviation)
I've used but never liked drive by wire you cant feel what the wheels are doing ever
You know what happened the last time someone used a controller to steer their vehicle?
This shit has been used in airplanes for decades Each time you travel on an Airbus, your falling at the hands of "fly by wire"
Hi! No, I don't! What happened??
It didn't end well, let me put it that way 💀
@@SAS3_TV it was a ocean gate sub it imploded the controller that was operating it was a logitech
I see your point. While steer-by-wire technology might sound risky, it’s already being implemented with great success by companies like Lexus and others. For instance, Lexus’ system, featured in their RZ450e, has been praised for its innovation and reliability. They’ve incorporated robust redundancies, including an emergency power pack and advanced feedback systems, ensuring safety even in unlikely failure scenarios. Other automakers are also exploring or implementing this tech to push the boundaries of modern vehicles. It’s exciting to see how this will evolve in the future! What’s your take on it?
If it randomly disconnects.. Then what?
Great question! Steer by Wire systems are engineered with multiple redundancies and fail-safes to ensure safety. The chance of a complete random disconnection is about as likely as being struck by a meteorite while driving-possible, but astronomically unlikely. If it ever happens, the system automatically reverts to mechanical or backup controls. Safety is always the top priority!
If you decide to create doubt on steer by wire I’m just letting you know that fly by wire has been a system that most commercial airplanes use, and yet flying is the safest way to travel And also, the 737 MAX, those planes that had the accidents? Yeah, they used traditional cable controls
Bmw actually had this back in the e60 my 530 07 had this steering it was fkn great for parking

Interviewer looks hilarious
""if you're trying to be a doctor hmm then education has a huge impact because you need that technical knowledge right if you're gonna be an account if you're gonna be a professional of any sort then there's no other way but through study"" This perspective seems mistaken. Technical knowledge is just one part of building a successful experience; Imagine giving a business to be run by an infant or a complete novice with no understanding-could they truly manage it? Running a successful business demands education, but it also requires practical experience. conclusion medical knowledge and experience required to practice medical if not you will cut the vein assuming its an artery entrepreneur should be able to handle money, business and other aspects so need education unless your daddy is a rich man he said he had a degree multiple it seems (not sure if its true) And his English looks like with random fancy words (pencils has a point)
That is till Ford purchased it. Now it isn’t a leading/ inavadive car as once it was.
Geely (chinese) owns Volvo group now.
It took U.S. Automakers another 12 years to put them in their Vehicles Too !!!!!
