    Kanan Jarrus, Caleb Dume, made the ultimate sacrifice at this moment. To reward him, the Force gave him his vision so he could see his wife and friends for the last time.

      I also thought that, although I have a theory that suggests that he already knew he was going to die there and it was better that way. And even if I tried to stop the explosion in the ship, I think it would be very difficult for them to move away, the truth is I wouldn't know what to tell you.

    I regret not watching rebels sooner and giving in to the unnecessary hate this show got when it first came out about the animation style and lightsabers and what not. Because rebels was a fantastic watch. In some ways it was better than clone wars. Although Kanan wasnt able to finish jedi training , he wouldve easily became a great jedi master had he survived. Which makes his death all the more sadder. Rest now in the Force , Kanan Jarrus , Jedi Knight.

    😠 This is all Pryce’s fault! Her idea to blow up Thrawn’s fuel supply and have Kanan Jarrus killed had to be one of the worst and stupid idea that she has ever done. What she did was unforgivable. And because of it, she made Thrawn angry.

    i will say this Erza telling Sabine to go with no voice or sound effects just the song hits hard but Erza really did make sure Kanan didn't die in vain because he stay level headed enough to know that they needed to move other wise all four would die that day

    Ironically enough, Anakin tapped into the lesson Kanan learned all too well. You can't be selfless if you do not care. Therefore, there can't be sacrifice if there's no love. So no, "the life of a Jedi is sacrifice" in the times of the Republic is bs. They didn't even cared to save two slaves instead of one. And Anakin cared a lot (about people and about his love) when the only people around him were so self absorbed in their doctrine that they couldn't see or couldn't care about his misery. Kanan never fell to the dark side in no small part because he had people that shared his emotions, and could find comfort and support with them.

    • @Cailus3542
      @Cailus3542 7 місяців тому

      Anakin's fundamental problem was that his Jedi training and his fundamental spirit were in opposition. He never learned how to "let go of his attachments", mainly because most Jedi never did that either. It was a crucial flaw of the Jedi Order: they were so terrified of the Dark Side that they avoided any attachments at all. The Jedi, by denying that part of themselves, thus had a weakened connection to the Force. At one point in ROTS, Anakin goes to Yoda to ask for help. Yoda, however, had no idea how to help Anakin, so his answer was basically "suck it up". Anakin has nobody to turn to, nobody to guide him or comfort him. He never reconciled his Jedi training and his love for others. It left him a sitting duck for Sidious. Kanan, by contrast, intuitively worked it out. He could still love and have attachments, but he wouldn't let those attachments rule him. It is why, when he foresaw his own death in the Force, he calmly accepted it. As a result, the Force roared through his spirit in the moments before he died, giving him the power to save the ones he loved.

      @@Cailus3542 Jolee Bindo even said, for the matter: "Love doesn't lead to the dark side. Passion can lead to rage and fear, and that can be controlled. Controlling your passions while being in love... that's what they should teach you to beware. But love itself will save you, not condemn you"

    Note everyone’s reaction as they land. Zeb and Ezra embrace as they are the more family oriented of the group. Sabine goes off by herself because she’s always been more of a loner/renegade. Hera and Chopper are standing by themselves because those 2 have been together since the beginning
