hiii ❤️ in todays video I filmed a what I eat in a day/daily vlog. Now that I am back to playing soccer and lifting 5 days a week it is very important for me to fuel my body correctly. As I’m writing this I’m snacking on dark chocolate covered pretzels, so my diet changes daily. Balance is key!! I was so excited to film this and I hope you guys enjoy it!
