This Reiki session is intended to restore the perfect health and make a full body detox: mentally, physically and emotionally.
Used the powerful Aquarius full moon to heal body, mind and spirit.
In the background we included subliminal messages/affirmations with blessings for perfect health.
Reiki is a healing energy and always works for your highest good.
Your personal acceptance and openness to receiving will determine the level of energy you will receive.
You can charge a glass of water during the meditation and drink it after that.
Find a comfortable, quiet place to sit or lie down. Start by observing your breath. First take a normal breath. Now try taking a slow, deep breath. The air coming in through your nose should move downward into your lower belly. Let your abdomen expand fully. Now breathe out through your mouth (or your nose, if that feels more natural).
Allow the healing energy to flow through your body and relax.
Use as much as you feel it. This is healing energy and there are no limits.
You can use during sleeping 😴
