Test levels fluctuate every few minutes. Carnovire won't work optimally for lifting weights at the gym, because lifting weights is unnatural - natural humans don't lift weights, and they eat carnivore. Your ancestors would have eaten some glucose, assuming you are south east asian. Hyper carnivore diet is for northerners, plains Indians, and Africans in arid areas who don't have access to plants. Your ancestors are likely from jungles, so you would have access to some nutritious plants. Based on your ethnicity, coconuts would probably be extremely beneficial to add.

As for supplements that have a positive effect on strength training, Trimethylglycine (TMG) is supposed to work about as well as Creatine does, but I haven't tested it out myself. L-Citrulline is another supplement that can potentially increase libido, energy levels and may have many other, positive health effects. It works by making your blood vessels more elastic and improving blood flow, which is something that benefits everyone. It's one of my favorite supplements.

I was on Ashwaganda for about 1.5 years, and I've used Tongkat Ali + Fadogia Agrestis for about 2 years on and off. I really understand why people use test boosting supplements. I've used other ones, like Cistanche Tubulosa and Red Ginseng as well. They all have good to great, short-term effects. The all have the downside that they have diminishing returns - they'll drop your testosterone to below your baseline value (where you started at) over time. This can be managed to some extent by cycling them on and off, but I personally think it's a pain in the ass to do so. There are also various side effects associated with them that are not obvious, and some of those side effects only become noticeable after around a year of regular use. Ashwaganda can make you emotionally dull, for instance, and Tongkat/Fadogia Agrestis seems to induce a sense of anger/temperament after long time use as well. Some studies have shown that a small percentage of people have experienced permanent testicular damage after taking supplements like these for several years. And those people may be outliers, but it's worth keeping in mind. I wish I had known this when I went on my journey of testosterone boosting herbs and roots around 4 years ago. They all seem like a good idea at first, but sooner or later you'll find out that there are strings attached to boosting your testosterone in such a simple way.
