In this tutorial we show you how each of the components of Occamise come together to create a very basic solution in Occamise.
The solution built is a webchat agent that can answer questions about a business. At the start of every conversation it notifies the business that the conversation has started. During the conversation, if the user provides negative feedback about the business, the agent automatically creates an action item for the business for later follow up. After the conversation ends, the agent automatically logs a summary of the conversation and all questions asked to an Occamise table.
This is a very basic tutorial aimed at showing a new user where to find different elements and how abilities can be used by agents.
