the shell is removed in this form some times it can be left but its better not to eat it😂
No, they're mollusks, you take out the meat the same way you would with clams or oysters.

The part where Marco talks about the "greek grapes" planted in ancient Italy is interesting but quite possibly wrong. As far as I know, none of todays greek grape varietals is remotely related to Greco, Grechetto, Aglianico etc. MY theory is this: The greeks of the Magna Graecia liked the indigenous grapes/wines so much, that the ancient italic people started referring to them as "greek" or "hellenic". So maybe it was the other way around! Great video, thank you.
