it mite be frozen now we are getting up in the mornings to hard frost the last 2 days and it looks like we are getting snow at some point tomorrow 🥶🥶🥶❄❄❄

If you get too hot and sweat during exercise. As soon as you stop for too long, the moisture will set in and you'll just get cold. Handling temperature is the key to avoiding problems.😅

i dont get that cold only in strong winds and that dont happen often lucky for me

there was some flooding in derbyshire buy i,d been out that many days doing lots of stone circles but some with my son on friday did a few on monday and tuesday but stayed in on new years day lol
