Sorry, the verb I was referring to is RONI which is usually translated as a form of singing/praying. However, in the Book of Eicha/Lamentations 2:19 - "RONI" actually means cry as a verb, or outcry as a noun. Please see a similar translation in I Kings 22:36 "as the sun was going down, a (RINA) went through the camp..."
