Had the same switch issue on my '83 GS750ED. Simply swapped out a later model brake lever/master cylinder version with the more modern switch. My '89 750 Katana has the click switch versus the old mush version. Replace the old harness with a proper connector and you're golden brown with crispy edges.
I'll upload what she looks like once I have all my accessories on her! Great bike!

The robo-vac upstaged you. Take it on the road. Ha, ha.

Very nice...would have loved to see it in the sun.
I have a 1993 40th in white pretty much stock with 2 k&n filters, air foil holly pump. The problem I am getting is: I feel like the car is not getting enough fuel because I don’t like to push the pedal to the metal. I was thinking of upgrading my injectors to achieve maximum power without pushing the gas pedal all the way down! Will bigger injectors letv me feel the power better? If you know what I mean.
do 24-27lbs injectors with holly fuel pump make a c4 just more responsive? I have a 1993 c4
Ended up doing 32s with a Walbro that was recommened for my set up...laid down 402 on the Dyno WOOOO!
1:23 Hey Jeff , do you happen to still have that 600 ninja from your video 4 yrs ago ?
Keep the honda
@@jgreen3451 they are super cool. V4 , only 16k miles. Faaaast and smooth. They have a following and I understand why now.
What a sweet ride. Keep it up making quality content
Sweet ride man!
Pacific Coast is the little bro I meant
Never was a big C4 guy but your car is beautiful. You've taken really good care of it.
Sweet ride man. Love watching your videos
Yes, the Concours was the first Asian sport touring bike on the market. A few years later, Honda came out with the ST series. Norton's are intriguing. A trike might be in my future if my age/body relegates me to having one. Don't ever get old - it's overrated ha!
All balls is selling carburetor Kits now
@@tombair1401 yes but from what I've heard they are just rebranding some of the cheap Chinese kits out there. I'll definitely try them next time around and see how it is
Maybe fuel injection would be practical if you could 3d print bike-specific nozzle-ready manifolds that go airbox-to-head, then add a 'generic' FI kit with pump, lines, nozzles, sensors, ecu, etc. Software for FI, CAD, and 3d modeling is getting better and less expensive. Maybe better software will save vintage bikes.
Hey J it's JP from Peoria. Indeed lots of aftermarket vintage bike suppliers are closing up shop for various reasons. Sumo Rubber in the UK closed up shop not too long ago. They were my supplier for aftermarket OEM spec intake boots, airbox gaskets, exhaust pipe joints and other rubber parts for my RDs and DTs. Truly sad to hear about Sudco closing, but Keyster carb rebuild kits aren't too bad if you're in a pinch. I had full Powerdynamo electric ignitions installed on the RDs. Bought them from Economy Cycle down in your neck of the woods. Wow, what a solid reliable choice (so far). The points were too fussy and got out of adjustment which got old. Now I have a much better spark and a lot cleaner burn on the RDs using the Powerdynamos. Still use the original point systems on my Suzuki GTs as they seem to work and stay in adjustment much better. Had the GT185 motor rebuilt, and the GT550 is humming along well. I'm like you. The more I "don't use something," the more thought I have of selling it to someone who will use it. I'm less inclined to keep nice pieces in the dark just gathering dust for nobody to see and enjoy. Best wishes to you always. You're restoration results are always off the hook and next level!
@@bluoval3481 good info. Yes I have bought from Economy Cycle...good outfit....the other company I was trying to think of that closed was Airtech Streamlining.... That's another big hit. In fact two of the panels on my GSXR 1100 are from them....
138 140 140 138 would be a better set up the inner jets are bigger than the outer jets but you probably know that
