Hey Rhett, what do you do/what stretches do you do to extend your leg so high? I notice high level kickers can pretty much kick their face so I want to be more flexible too

Got any tips on how to get more power for a smaller guy?
Train explosive movements using your hips and make sure you use that movement in your form, plant and pull as they call it. Not to violent but explosive 😀

@@USMKhalidTV it’s not a designated national ensign, and not in complete diameter to be flown so according to proper customs and regulations this would be a civil decoration and not in use by public or governmental agencies thus for not disrespectful and rather just out of regulation for a U.S. flag

@@USMKhalidTV this such flag code is not regularly used under operations of civilians not directly using or presenting the flag in a business or organization setting, so yes while this violates US flag code I believe this is not the intention and civilians that do not study the flag code or operate under regulations should be told off but rather educated on the proper display of the us national ensign
