I pretty much made Instagram for the same reason. I played Clash of Clans and my clan mates wanted to be able to contact me easier since I was always active because I had no friends lmao. We all still follow each other but I haven’t spoken to any of them in years.

I wish more writers would create legitimately serious traps, it feels like traps in every series end up being some happy, whimsical, comedic relief character where half their existence is "oh haha this GIRL is super CUTE haha oh wait!!! thats NOT A GIRL!!!!" I recently read part 1 of chainsaw man and I loved the way Angel Devil was (or maybe wasn't) portrayed, where his feminine appearance was only a small part of his personality. Maybe the issue is that (I think) "traps" and "femboys" have a different definition, where a trap is going out of their way to fool people as opposed to a femboy just wanting to look feminine.
There's definitely some "serious" traps out there, tho there aren't that many. The only reason why that I could think of is 'what's the point'. If they wanted to create a serious feminine character, they'd just make them a girl. Why go out of your way to make them a trap. But again, this can apply to any fking character designs. Why make them blonde, cause why the heck not. Why make them a bit chonky, cause why not. So yeah there's really no reason to or to not make a trap character serious and not your stereotypical happy go lucky traps. I guess in the end it really depends on the author if they wanted a trap in a series or not. Traps aren't really that common that most of the time you see them, they're pretty much your typical traps. Also when you say femboy, most people have the same general idea of what they're like but when you say trap, it's kinda more general I think. You have the cute traps, you have the cool traps and so on. I'm just talking out of my ass rn, so maybe I'm wrong.

I wish I could add my two cents on Touhou but I'm honestly in the group of people that just knows it's a bullet hell game with anime girls. But, even then, I'm not sure if the bullet hell games are what the franchise originally came from, since there's about 50 different touhou games on steam and a lot of them just AREN'T bullet hell. That being said, bullet hell is one of those game genres where the community is very small but very dedicated; look at a game like Enter the Gungeon where a lot of people have probably never heard of it but it has 57k reviews at 96% positive on steam.
