depends for a couple monthes il have one routine for building muscle mass and burst cardio then il change routines to pure cardio endurance while my other muscles get to truly heal takes more than a couple for a good heal

my new short video today this morning a baby chipmunk snuck into my bed I released him couple hours ago on short

I took him out I have a friend that is a vet a gave her a call for help

I adopted my cat because he was going to get euthanized but im good with cats and I know how to work around problems . my cat needs to be able to go outside or else he pisses everywhere and goes crazy so I made a door for him to go outside but he brings animals btw today I saved a baby chipmunk from my cat a made a short video about releasing it

maybe buying a sort of harness that it safe for the cat so he can't go everywhere outside

there are alot of stray cats in the neighborhood attacking the chipmunks I will try to find a way to build a sort of box that can help protect chipmunks 🐿
