Very stupid question, but will the acoustic parts work on electric guitar? I can't afford having both electric and acoustic 😂😢
@@mobafan3713 Yes absolutely. There are a lot of ways to get an acoustic sound out of an electric, if you have the $$ around I would highly recommend Archetype Petrucci because of the acoustic amp

the tone is so close to the original very impressive. How many takes did it take you to get this track?
@@skullthunder3181 ive played this song hundreds of times prior to recording so the rhythm part only took 2 takes, the solo on the other hand took 27 takes if i remember correctly

@@skullthunder3181 completely valid, im the exact opposite. i rarely write original music, but i am teaching myself music theory so i can get into it more. came from being a drummer for the last 18 years, so music theory was never a necessity
@@jakeexo I know a small amount of theory but honestly past a certain point I find it to be diminishing returns. Writing songs on guitar is more about ideas and the techniques you use imo.
