Jesus Christ emptied His throne to fill a manger, emptied a manger to fill a cross and die so that our sins could be forgiven, emptied the cross to fill a grave, emptied the grave to fill our hearts. Jesus came to this earth to conquer all the sin and evil that plagues this world by living a perfectly sinless life and sacrificially offering Himself on the cross for our sins.

It conveys the idea of words flowing from one's mouth, similar to how water flows from a source. This term is often used in contexts where speech is likened to a stream or flow of words. The metaphorical use of "flow" to describe speech reflects the importance of eloquence and rhetoric in Greek society, where public speaking was a highly valued skill. In the biblical context, the flow of words can also be seen as a divine or prophetic utterance, emphasizing the power and authority of spoken words. Jesus speaks of dying to self or denying yourself which is never easy! In the context of the New Testament, rhéma is used to convey the power and authority of God's spoken word, as well as the teachings and sayings of Jesus. rhḗma ("spoken-word") is commonly used in the NT for the Lord speaking His dynamic, living word in a believer to inbirth faith ("His inwrought persuasion").
