I think you do a terrific job of explaining about the house, the exterior and the village environment too. However, I personally think that the price should be displayed on the advert itself as this is nothing to be ashamed of. If it's above budget, we can scroll on or stop for a moment to assess if it's worth increasing the budget. At the end of the day, you cannot ever please all of the people, all of the time :) Nice house here but I think it's overpriced and still quite a bit to be spent on it :( Look forward to your next video :)

Veselin, thanks for sharing, interesting, but put up a Google map of region, local & property photo from drone, so you don't need to repeat yourself, so we understand where the amenities, shops, restaurants, bars, hospital, are, and important communal transportation, buses, trains, airport, major big cities. And Price? Say it! How deep is the well, is there water in the well? How do you irrigate the property? You need to give m2 of living area and barn. Do only one program, you repeat yourself too much. Please be more professional.

Just look at this. Look a dis. Look a dat. Jus look. Vaseline on da lather, ladder, doesn't matter. Jus look, so you can see. Where? No matter. How much? Who cares. Jus fix it and shut up.

Please, say the price from the beginning, and leave the planning to the viewer, your program is to long, be more proffsional!
