Really bad and to lie so they don't have to repair or replace it even though it's under guarantee but they have lost out on a lot of customers due to them not being honest and treating existing customers correctly.

@gamethepro6226 I can't blame the phone but I can blame U.R the company but it's still under warranty and an extra warranty was taken out .

Also, I need to state that there is not a "fault" with the device itself simply because the screen is easy to damage. The flexible membrane and plastic screen on these folding phones are known to be very easy to damage. Its just a fact of the technology. I'm not saying the company that sold you isn't a bad company, and isn't scamming you (provided there was no clause in the contract), there is just some details that seem kind of glossed over because of your frustration.

@thekwebster There's nothing to say anything about a screen protector in the warranty, they didn't send it with a screen protector and I didn't add or take one off and there are no marks at all on the top of the screen the fault is underneath the screen and the leak happened at the fold point .

@thekwebster But it's under guarantee and there's been no damage done to the phone so therefore they should fix the issue or replace

@thekwebster There's nothing to say I should put a protector on they said there should be one on but this phone was not sent with one and has worked perfectly fine, they just do not want to fix or replace the phone and it is under warranty.

@jay5112006 Hello Jay ,my wife bought this last year from u.r the company in question. I Just noticed the black dot that got bigger to look thevway it does now. It was under guarantee for a year and my wife took out a further year. I told them about the phone and they asked for pics which I sent then they asked for the phone to repair it ,I went on holiday only to return to the phone being sent back still broken and nothing to say why it had not been repaired . I called them a d they said they sent it out with a screen protection on it which was no longer on it , I explained that it never came with anything on it ,I have shown them there's no marks on the phone or screen and explained it's just a faulty screen and I just want it repaired. It's not ma mandatory to have a screen protector on a phone as far as I know and that wouldn't have made any difference to a faulty screen. I didn't want to make the video but it's no way to treat people and I wasn't happy about it .

@GeraltBosMang Hello, the elevator was fine when I was there not to crowded like some places ,pool area on floor 11 not to crowd, overall a nice place and a few places to eat near by .

@maroof1 You know I didn't think they did this company was saying that they sent it with one now it doesn't have one and that's my fault but there never was one and there isn't a single mark on the screen or the phone.
