    Inaccurate, GLP1 agents have risks lime intestinal blockage, nausea, pancreatitis ect. Docs generally go through all natural weight loss options before Rx. Also for young men who want TRT they should seriously consider fertility implications of HRT. Getting regular cbc, lft, at minimum is important if on TRT. TAKE IT SERIOUSLY and consider why you so badly want meds that you would be frustrated that a doc is trying reasonable low impact healthy optioons for you to increase T? Good luck.

    Me and my wife were talking about fixing our lifestyle and bodies for a few years. One day we (my wife) decided to start (with me)😂 and so I did it, lost 18 kgs in some 4 months, completely changed my diet, trained with a coach few times a week. Looking back I would say actually doing it is the easiest and fastest part. The hardest is to start and then endure.

    As a binge eater, I'm going to go ahead and ignore this. If I ever went in with a "don't count restaurant calories" that's the same thing in my mind as "restaurant calories don't count." I would be the size of a mini cooper. It might not be 100 percent accurate, but an estimate still keeps you from eating everything in sight.

    • @rubenmazza_

    This is untrue. Diet sodas cause many problems depending on which artificial sweeteners are used. How do I know? I am a doctor. I help patients every single day and this video is absolute garbage. Aspartame was just labeled a carcinogen by the WHO.

    • @rubenmazza_
      @rubenmazza_ Рік тому

      1. I would love to see studies that show they are cancer-causing. (not the studies found in rats or the ones that would equate to drinking 8000 cans of soda per day) 2. Bacon, ham, hot dogs, and plenty more have been listed as LEVEL 1 carcinogens. I'm also the pope and the king of Mars. Help your patients by not lying.
