Don't waste your thin strands on getting a relaxer. It will only further damage and weaken your hair. Resulting in hair loss on already fine hair. Just press it out in big sections when you want straighter hair texture

If you want to relax your don't let anyone discourage you. I see a lot of women relaxing there hair it's call texlaxing, you don't let the relaxer stay on as long. Make sure you protect your scalp n ,skin, and hair first before applying. Check texlaxing videos out

Sorry just seen your comment. I’d probably use the normal relaxer and leave it just some minutes, maybe 10-15? From what I recall, the pack shock say how long you want to keep it in based on how straight you want it. It also depends on how thick your hair is so might vary. Another option would be to texturise it instead using a hair softener as opposed to relaxer.

Thank you!!!🥰 I would say smedium for most of it but did do them slightly smaller at the front . It was some time ago but I think I used one pack and half of the pre-stretched pack with 4 in. I think I only had one little bundle left at the end ☺️

I had new growth at the time and I was able to lay it down quite a bit and get it to blend. It may not look as smooth as it may be with relaxed or straightened hair but it does the job when you don’t want to use heat or are in a rush ☺️

I do not unfortunately. It was hard to get a good angle but the whole process lasted less than 20 minutes. They put something on each tooth first then washed it up, then put something else which I think was the glue, added the brackets individually then the wires and set everything in place; then asked me to choose the bands colour and that was it. Painless and quick

I feel like I didn’t have to do much actually. I applied hair mousse maybe twice of times a week and kept it covered with satin bonnet when home to avoid unnecessary friction. I know some people advise braiding the hair too before bed as it may help. 😊

Tried but it’s not manageable. Unfortunately my hair wouldn’t really grow and would fall easily if I didn’t relax as I have thick hair and I am not even able to put the comb in if if not relaxed (with the new growth and all) 🥲. This way I’m able to take care of it better and it keeps growing (I only relax new growth) but I acknowledge for some people it may be better otherwise 😊

The difference from a man's perspective is 1.)I'm able to run my fingers through it 2.)more inclined to take a really deep breath in it, and 3.) we're more likely to spend the day day dreaming of all the ways we could fu it up when you get home ❤

The key is to not relax it to often and not leave it in to much. Also depends on each individual hair texture/type. For me I have to because if I don’t relax it my hair is to hard to manage or even comb (the comb doesn’t even go through because of the new growth. I only relax new growth every 6 months sometimes less often). But I get it doesn’t work well for everyone 😊
