I've been making Instant Pot yoghurt for over 4 years. I used to strain the whey because I like thick yoghurt. It was wasteful because 4 litres before straining became 2.5 litres of yoghurt. I recently learned that adding 1 TSP gelatin per litre of milk makes straining unnecessary and there is no waste now.

Gonna try this with in a heatless curl headband thingy I hope it works
