Too much money spent on automation without much advantage in saving either time or cost of doing the work. This will work only if you have hundreds od spools of exactly same size .

Good luck doing any bastard offset runs, or fit ups that are not straight 90s or 45s, someone spent a lot of money on a simple tool.....

Chinese propaganda, never seen a fab shop with so much expensive equipment with 3 pieces of pipe in the shop. Also can’t be too precise the high low on the fittings are way out.

Please compare other methods of "pipe fitting" with FIT RITE Precision Pipe Fitting Systems! Just google FIT RITE FAST! Faster, easier, cheaper and more accurate! One operator in lieu of a "Fitter" and "Welder" saves man-hours! Make more profit!

Luo Andrew: . When I fit something, All lands must be uniform in width (say 2mm wide for stick bead ) all the way around . once done I always bring the fittings together so they a touching . Then get the hi low out ( top of lands are matching all the way around or split the difference ). then space to 2mm . Your fine adjustment gearing should be slower or your line up technique different .
