How to make great eggs: First grab your eggs and add them to a mixing bowl, then add a small amount of butter, mix well with a whisker. Make sure there is a film of bubbles on top because that means you properly incorporated air to the eggs. Then grab a pan and put it on a low heat, melt some butter on the pan, there should be no sizzle, if there is, it is to hot Add the eggs to the low heat pan and stir, this will take awhile, but it is worth it. Consistently take the eggs off heat and back on heat but keep stirring. When almost finished, turn off the heat, the heat on the pan will finish the cooking process. You should be left with silky smooth eggs, it will have a wet consistency on the surface, but make sure it is not raw egg. Add salt and pepper to the top with thyme optional I prefer my eggs on golden brown toast, you do not need to add butter to the toast, because the eggs do the work. If your working with GF toast, do 2 eggs for optimum “eggage” If working with wheat bread, I would recommend 3 eggs Enjoy :)
