However, I am so mad about the Shallow Grave over Sneak Attack pick. You had double fetch at that point. The odds are sky high that you will find a free red source at that point.

@@somebodystvontwtich Yeah you are right on the Sneak Attack, we were barely halfway through the draft. I was too worried about being 5 color, but I’m sure it would’ve worked out like you mentioned. Sneak Attack is such a unique and pivotal card for this situation that I should’ve taken it.

Yes, everyone knows she is a kill on sight. Doesn’t really preform well, but it’s what I do to have my bodily Blightsteel work in commander. If Jalira sticks a round while using a counterspell and are able to get Blightsteel out, you should be pretty good. Like I said in the video, Jalira’s activated ability allows us to protect the Blightsteel pretty well from there.

And a creature to boot! Surprised I haven’t seen this guy. Definitely adding him to the list.

Oh no. She is all in one game plan. Someone counters or kill Jalira, it’s pretty game over. If you want to cheese out a Blightsteel a few games here and there, it’s fun! Just be prepared for all the other games you’ll be sitting there really not doing much. The risk for the reward. I’d say it’s 6-8 out of 10. Probably more a 6.

Yes! Love that line, definitely would’ve been better to go on the aggressive play, instead of the defensive C-Rift. Better to be fast in this format.

If the original spell was overloaded and your coping it then it would work, like if your opponent overloaded rift and you responded with this you would get an overloaded copy.

So if you cast it then you need to pay overload for first card and then use this you get a copy of it

This makes sense! Power less than Sisays power. I haven’t played much against a normal Sisay deck besides my buddies Super Friends deck. So my brain probably assumed it was everything giving Sisay a buff.

Expanding on this, the key points to start to worry is when Sisay is at least a 4/4 (2 colors among other legendary permanents) and has a Bloom Tender/Faeburrow Elder/Selvala/Dockside(count 5+) out. Sisay has multiple 3 MV legends that let them tutor chain from this position into a win that does not require casting any spells.
