It's a good idea on modern vehicles to put the black connector to a body negative rather than the negative terminal of the battery. Otherwise it can damage the BMS (apparently).

Where is the location?

Had to return mine as it wouldn’t start my completely dead battery. 2.0l diesel which was left for 3 weeks so wouldn’t start. Not sure how the battery depleted but it wasn’t even starting. So bought one of these thinking great I don’t need to find anyone to give me a jump start. Connected it to my battery and tried starting it but wouldn’t start. Tried to override it and still no go. In the end I managed to find someone to give me a jump start and car started first time. Shame really as I liked the concept of this jump pack but sadly didn’t work for me

Ha no way I found that pink/purple s13 ( 14:16 ) on google maps a couple years ago, was really nice 10+ years ago then slowly got beat up and neglected when I change the year on the google street view, good to see it’s getting used. He’s got lots of other stuff rotting away at his shop like a mk4 supra, 180s, jzxs and lots of 86s definitely a place i want to visit when I eventually go to Japan
