i used this for bellwright as well for manor lords and it did not work, same pop up came saying you need dx12 blah blah blah, the thing is i used to play manor lords normally on the same pc and after uninstalling it and now recently installing it i cant play it because of the dx12 problem, please man help

@@EthanoTayy u could have driver issues, chipset issues, or another software issue causing your problem. Just google what i said and try windows updates, cleaning old software you dont use, and look up how to clear temp files.

How about EAFC 2024 and Hell Let Loose?
HLL might be not so much stutter or any kind of problem but EAFC 24 sometime after cutscenes or in match like freekick , cornering, the directx notice pop up. I dont know either my laptop or the game
@@Accap.vercetti it might help, or your laptop overheating, this fix is for a specific issue and if you can just try it and see if it works
@@powerfitz_ hell let loose worked so well but EAFC seems the game not really optimise and the directx error keep pop up, my gpu running well the temp shows like 60-80 degree. I also read the game review and many of them give it negative about the game optimise😂. Maybe i just need to wait another update for the EAFC 24. By the way thank for the tutorial. Work well in HLL and NFS Unbound.

Two questions. 1. Does this also improve performance on Nvidia? 2. Does this only turn off the feature when Fortnite is running and renable it when the game stops running? Someone on a reddit thread mentioned this is a security risk therefore I just want to make sure I'm not compromising
@@Postinit its works on nvidia, and it only works when Fortnites not running, and its only a security risk if you disable it on your whole computer, dont do that. Only for individual game files.
Hello there, I just installed The First Descendent and I tried to use these commands, they're not working, or fixing my error, I still get this message- "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument."

They figure out what the problem is, in dx12’s case its not having the correct bandwidth that it should, and people who knew the security feature and what it does tried to disable it and see if it worked and it did
@@powerfitz_ interesting, i tried this fix and it made it a little bit better, but im still getting frame drops down to 30fps with low settings at 1080p... and I have a 4090. its using like 15% of the gpu at all times. And in game im getting like 200 fps.... ive tried everything
@@Hinoki_Weitzel strange, must be an issue with windows or your drivers on your gpu. Also make sure your not using intergrated graphics.

For me Talos 2 doesnt wanna start telling me that DX12 isnt supported even tho when i run dxruntime it tells me it supports up to 12_0 (appearently thats the min requirement so it should work) so im going to try this next. I guess if nothing works i can try forcing it to run on dx11

@@michagrill9432 dx12 is technically dx12 fl 12_1, that gpu can play games like fortnite or other older dx12 games that dont have it set up, but I dont think you can on that game
I can't use dx12 in Control. I have a gtx 780 gpu so I don't know if it's possible. I could get Death Stranding running on that card but not Control.

Strange, might have another issue like a driver or windows update, or bad game settings. Make sure you have “dx12 shaders” in the epic game installation settings checked and installed
