Am a monster mixed the geki powder with sriracha and Chipotle Tabasco in the bottle I do more Sriracha then Tabasco when I mix it you want the Sriracha to be above the chicken's head you want to use just enough Tabasco to mix the powder in but leave room for a dab of elyucateco ghost & habanero.

Can't wait to try their topokki varieties! I really like adding garlic greens (the above ground part of a garlic plant) to the Buldak carbonara noodles. It's got a more of an allium punch than green onions and works really well with the carbonara flavor.
