Thank you! Oh no, that's terrible that your storage got broken into! Glad that you were able to get it again for a "reasonable" price - haha sometimes it's just the name of the game in this hobby. The more I look at the other 3 TNs released with this one in 2022, the more I want them all! Hahahah I will probably save up for the Airlines one because I like the airplane charm - very different from the more widely available airplane charm. I have never seem the Moss Burger one, but I know I will continue to fall down the rabbit hole of all the old Limited TNs. hehe.

When these came out, I wasn't in the TN world yet & new to the statio community, but cz I kept seeing the uboxing, I caved in jst in time with the records first & got it in person at Maido Santana Row. Then Hotel online before it got sold out... Hope we get the ones we want for a "reasonable" price... Aida Gatch just did an unboxing of the Olive Moss burger, it's their newest one. I was looking into the Camel before but I have a lot of camels already so, this is what I hope to get cz it's also embossed/debossed (dnt knw the rt term 😂) instead of jst foiling... Taizo of Inukshuk is the one I'll be able to get it from.

I joined a Traveler's Company BuySellTrade group on Facebook & that's where I found her! A lot "lower" than the Mercari/ebay prices and not all the extra fees for us as buyers. Thank you for watching :)

Cracking?! Oh my goodness, I haven't yet come across those stories yet, but I would be terrified too!! Definitely watching the ink slosh around is one of my favorite things in these types of pens. I write so small, so I'm a bit "scared" of broad nibs, but I'm toying with the idea of haaving at least 1 in my collection to play around with in my ink journal/swatching. Looking forward to your one year check-in!

I agree! I love a true extra fine line, but the "fancier" inks def shine in these EF nibs. I love my Platinum Preppy 02 as well :) Love your line up! Def need to try non-Safari Lamy pens one day... I'm also debating on whether or not to pick up another TWSBI Eco EF and have it ground at a pen show to a "real" EF... something to think about. I got time ;)

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I'm already using 2 of the 3 brass clips, which is nice! Though I didn't have many favorites, I feel relieved that the box didn't cost that much. Hoping to find useful homes for the other items.

@journalwithfran I know I'll have the same sentiment when I receive mine. What I can say is that their customer service is top notch! I know she's assessing changes for next year, should she choose to do another advent.

Amazing! Thank you for the Sailor expertise here! :) I have the longest wish list of Sailor pens, the rest of the Sounds of Rain series being my next grails. I was thinking of buying the rest of the set during the season we're approaching. So, thinking of grabbing Spring Rain next (since I already have Winter Rain). And then Summer Rain in the Summer, etc... the problem is finding them in stock when I'm ready to buy! Lol. Thanks for commenting :)

I agreeee! I was hoping to see more than the Tokyo TN to be honest, but at least it gives me something to look forward too next year during my Japan visit (hopefully)! I hope you had a great time! I think time flew by too - wish there was a bigger space we could have just hung out in too.

​@@journalwithfranYes for sure, I feel the same! It was missing an area where people could get together in a group setting. Most relied on Social Media, but it would have been nice to explore the local Communities of TN enthusiasts. I found it funny with so many geeking out on the Caravan there weren't more connections made. It definitely gave me some ideas for the next time. Paper & Plume handed out Postcards to connect which was cleaver. I made the most of it, Mochi donuts and all. I enjoyed Jobs ink swapping group they did. I know Id like to thin out my Collection 50ml bottles are just too big for me & samples are too small😅 I cannot wait for your Japan (hopefully) experience! Looking forward to it. I want to go myself, but want to make that completely packed with things like knowing Store Exclusives: Sailors special Ink when it Rains etc.

i started WIAM in an undated planner too a few years back, so I just memory planned the weeks i had time to. it was a really fun de-stressing activity :)

Since I'm new to purchasing, I always get confused which pens have a converter included and which don't. Sailor and Kaweco pens only came with ink cartridges from what I remember, so I couldn't remember about Platinum 🫠

Yeah, rotation is key when you have multiple pens. Buuuuuut, I will say some of the pens I have seal pretty well. For example, my Platinum and Pilot pens stay inked for a long time. I remember not touching a Pilot Kakuno for maybe 3-4 weeks, and it still wrote quite well without any issues. But something "open" like my Pilot Vanishing Point Decimo.... terrible ink keeping. Dries up if I don't use for 2-3 days.. so not as much of a fan of that one anymore lol

I am hoping i will love decorative kits since all the bits and pieces are so universal! vs the weekly kits, i always had leftover boxes i didnt feel i could use. i’ll have to do plan with me or flip through videos once i start using them :)
