The thing I miss the most from the V8 Supercars is that raw V8 sound they used to have! Average speed around Mt Panorama Bathurst is 100mph in my opinion greatest race track in the world!

I got this book. It IS as beautifully produced as it appears in the promo. Terrific tribute to the car and its driver, the Boss, Allan Moffat.

Wow only 8 seconds off of what Jenson did in his F1 Mclaren. I mean I know that he was not pushing it that hard but still pretty amazing.

I played Toca race driver 3 recently and drove the Mercedes dtm car just like that flat out on mount panaroma and my time was around 1:58 to 1:59 and that's just a game and I was pushing it hard😂😂

Ford never really helped Moffat, they knew he was a total professional that could attract good sponsorship, so they gave the bare minimum. He was totally dudded over the '77 1-2 that gave Ford tremendous publicity. Loved his beautiful Canadian voice, could listen to him for hours.

was lucky enough to see that live from the AMG lounge @ bathurst. It was insanely loud compared to the modded/restricted GT3's
