For regulating menses I advice Ashokarishta and the most effective Female health support by Planet Ayurveda.
Spot on, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

Thank you for sharing but I’m two days out of an Egg Retrieval and this started to hurt my swollen abdomen 12 minutes in! Maybe a variation on the cobra could be suggested. I wasn’t trying to go on my belly for any reason lol I sincerely hope this works for others though!
Hello! Sorry to hear you felt some kind of discomfort, every body's is different and in yoga (or any other exercise really) it is always the best to listen to your body and adjust when needed. Let me know how the retrieval went! 🤞

How does this boost progesterone? Thank you!
Hi! Progesterone is very sensitive to cortisol, the 'stress hormone', and if we make too much of cortisol, the production of progesterone will be reduced. All of the poses in the video are done reclined which is very soothing for the nervous system and should bring the stress levels down. ☺️
