So tell me WTF are prices in TN, AZ, SC and FL rising like cray cray still in 2023? I do not see a crash but massive price rises in these states. I do see prices dropping in California. Who is buying and driving up these home prices in Nashville, TN and Myrtle Beach, SC for example and why?

@Moving to Dallas, Hi, Do they have any organized events or an event coordinator? Also, from existing homes listings noticed property taxes in Northlake area are high when compared to similar priced homes in Prosper/celina areas even with MUD/PiD..Any idea why?

This math is just funny. Let’s say real state appreciates 8% yoy, for a house built and sold in 2021 for 650k if fare to be priced at 700k. But instead they are on the market asking for 850k meaning, nobody is gonna buy it unless owner cuts its price or he can just keep paying the mortgage and property tax. Lol good luck with that.

Arlington,Texas is not In Dallas it,s not even in Dallas, Texas it,s in Tarrant County so it,s not in Dallas because in order to be in Dallas it,s got to be in the same county.And if somebody is going to argue with me we'll I used to be near the area.I used to live near Arlington!

Dallas is also HQ for Envy and Complexity Gaming orgs. Both are well respected in the esports gaming world that's still growing like crazy 🙂

I am a bit of skeptic, but know a lot of aspects about BTC.
