Brentford FC fans continue to party! (3-0 win over Southampton 4/2/2023)
Layne was undoubtedly a underrated frontman of rock, he doesn’t get enough credit as he should (yeah I know partially because his career was delayed and eventually cut short due to his health problems/extreme drug abuse but still he should get credit where credit is due.): It’s a little 🤏 bit surprising that their hasn’t been a film 🎥 made about his life (or even his ex fiancé/long term girlfriend Demri who is a very interesting character in her own right) Layne was interesting, funny 😁, cool 😎 looking, and the image of this moody grungey alternative rock-ish frontman really contradicting to his childlike, all round funny 😹 goofy 🤪,laid back personality which did surprise 😦 me. It really did make him stand out from other frontmen of that era. Sure the rest of AIC were pretty funny too and maybe they should be main characters of the story too but theirs no denying that Layne was the funniest and had the most unique personality of them all which would probably make a better story his personality was a bit of a one off. It would probably be a bit 🤏 hard to make a film 🎦 about Layne’s life because not much is clearly known about him and because he removed himself completely from the public eye 👁️ in the late ⏰ nineties but nonetheless I think a film should be made, it can help introduce new & young audiences to AIC.
He's so hot
Muhammad I Brentford song

Awesome job and thank you keep him update with new fans around the world thank you 💙💙💙
I'm going tomorrow. I went to the 1st exhibition at the O2. My jaw dropped to the floor and when security wasn't looking, I held his door handle on the Pink Cadillac.

Good job in putting this together! He's my favorite actor too--so versatile!
Rest in peace boys, we know your all together with God now. We miss you so very much. I still need you, I still love you so passionately. I'm keeping you all alive every single day I play all your music. Layne, Chris, Andrew, Scott, Elvis, Michel, Prince, Dave, Johnny, Steve, so many others, to many to mention. You all made the world a better place while you were here, you will never be forgotten. I wish these record companies would have taken much better care of you, you who they invested in but did not nurture or take of, but they made millions of records, millions of dollars while you were here, and we know they made billions and trillions of dollars after you all died. Someone needs to hold them accountable for your deaths. They should have taken care of you, your physical health, mental health, emotional health, and your artisticle health and talents. If they would have, you all would still be here making more beautiful music and memories. Love, peace, God bless you, we miss you. Thank you so much for everything that you have given us.
He was so beautiful inside and outside, so special, I thank God for blessing us with his voice, his talent, and his music he shared with the world. I wish, hope and pray that his family or people he had would please release his book he was working on. So what it's unfinished, we want it, we need it, so badly to know his own words what he was thinking, feeling, going through and working on in that book he spoke about so many times for years. So please give the world Layne's last works that was so important to Layne. We want it, we need it. Thank you for sharing this video and all these photos of Layne. Thank you so much.
What's the last song?
Song of the Sand from La Cage Aux Folles.
Utter travesty that they never did get the award... off all bands and that voice one can conclude music industry blacklisted them. Such a shame
I have always said that Alice sings my soul
What a beautiful man Layne is. His music, the lyrics to every song spoke to many. I believe, ( and this is just my thought, no need to criticize me here) that he explained his life perfectly in every single song on every album. It must have been so hard for him fighting off his demons, I think Layne gave every bit of his heart and his soul to his music. When he sang Nutshell on MTV Unplugged you could see at that point sitting on that stage he was bidding his final farewell, keeping those demons away for that night so he could preform for his fans. He gave it his all that night. When Demri died I'm thinking he let go. He gave up, and it's so damn tragic because his voice was eccentric. He had a broken soul ( no thanks to his father walking away from him when he was 8 years old ) so he dealt with his pain the best way he knew how. I believe the higher power saw his struggle and took him home, away from all the pain. I hope Layne can see how much he was appreciated in his life, still now he is amazing and loved by so many people. God speed, Layne.
But it's so hard to penetrate pig thick skin!!
So sad. Prince died of fentynal overdose. And layne died of opiod overdose. Hes heroin is an opiod not an opiate. Because heroin is semi synthetic because its changed chemically. Layne said he lived with shannon hoon omg they both died. And demri lived with layne and she died. And mike starr lived with layne and he died. And baker lived with layne and he died. Everyone layne lived with died.
Love them!✌😎👍
I miss you soooo fucking much, not gay tho
Mad Season was incredible, no doubt about it. But to me ... Dirt was the album that saw me through a sketchy era in my life. These guys and their music are as much a part of my soul as anything else I’ve ever truly loved eternally
Awesome Artist, Absolutely one of the very best EVER.
I’m in the UK and just been watching BBC’ s Classic Holby City on Drama UK. Philip Quast is a patient! Almost unrecognisable, it was from 2005, big big difference from Javier.
breaks my heart....people like layne shld've been allowed to grow old....need voices like him more....
So sad that after '96, he slowly backed away from everything and everyone. He had SO much more phenomenal talent left in him to show the world. I'm a heroin addict myself and to see such a beautiful, amazing, humbly genuine guy full of so much greatness and talent suffer this affliction is heartbreaking. R.I.P,Layne. Your wings are no longer denied, sweetheart 💜
I know you commented three years ago, but I hope you are doing good these days!
He is a golden soul, gone way to soon!!
He was so beautiful man with beautiful soul and so powerful voice. He was/is rock legend. ❤ Say hello to my brother on the other side...RIP
I wish Layne knew his life and music has helped many addicts heal & find strength, hope, and friends. Layne was truly a sweet soul. He didn't have a bad word to say about anyone, but unfortunately some ppl didn't show him the same respect. He was the greatest vocalist of my generation! I will love him forever! Rest in Peace ☮️
