Hi my name is Grant and I am GTracks. Please enjoy music made from my Circuit, Circuit Tracks and Circuit Rhythm using patterns and scenes. We also have a few new additions to the family; the AKAI MPC Key 37, along with a few other machines . I have crafted my own brand of IDM, EDM, Dance, Trance, House, Techno, Minimal Techno and a unique style to bring you on an upbeat journey. Thanks for watching and listening, Let's Go!!!!!!!!
HWJ Challenge - Iberian Night of the Seahorse
This track was created with the AKAI MPC Key 37 I built a series of loops and then proceeded to mute and unmute tracks. At the last minute I found clip launch which might be a little bit of cheating but I felt it tied in so well. I did this as a one shot live take, Let's Go!!!!

@@pauljones4060 This is the most capable machine I have ever owned. Everything about it is amazing and whether you use it for sampling or just laying down an idea it will not disappoint. I started out with the Circuit Tracks and that taught me so much. I know that there are a lot of choices out there but it really boils down to how you want to make music 🎵🎶🎵🎶🎵🎶 I really appreciate your commitment and please let me know if I can answer any other questions. Thanks so much PK 😁 I made a mistake and released 5 videos in one day and it freaked out the algorithm 🤣 I really appreciate these getting to you. I told my wife that this was one of the most complicated ones I have done so far. I really did like how all of these turned out. We had a long day on the beach and when we got back we had some dinner, watched some TV and she was in bed by 10. Party Animals 🤣 It was such a beautiful night with the beach and surf, pools in the background, and the moon was full. I decided that this was the night and I was able to record 5 of the Tracks. I did 2 and some 3 takes and I was happy 😁 We had a great trip
@@g-tracks the algorithm such a mystery dude. I've tried a few different times to get my numbers up and it's always the most random fucking videos that pop off more than I expect and it's never any that I think are my better stuff haha Party animals for sure 😆 I'm at that age myself man, sleeping is always nice tho I wish I could get more of it ha That's really awesome to you were able to get so many songs and, I love inspirational days like that. I know one of the last times I was in my studio I recorded three songs back to back and don't think I've really been feeling it since. It was a great place for it too, very nice views. Going to go check out some of the other stuff you dropped, been meaning to get back to it for a while but u know how it goes 🫠👊

Damn man, what a track! Like the mellow bell sound cMe in about 2 mins but everything worked well together, that clicking clacking sound and all the samples were sounding fantastic! Really great deal you got to there, looks like a blast to mess around with. Have you worked on fixing it anymore? I've got a few synths I need to work on but I think I've been saying that for years now haha
@@Professor-kaoss You are on a tear mate 😁 it was so much fun experimenting with the Korg and being able to work through a bunch of different drum tracks. I have been so involved with everything else that I have not had time to open her up. I can hopefully work on them before Jamuary comes around. @@g-tracks using samples is always a great time especially when it's something you actually care about. I keep meaning to get around to experimenting more and try to implement more samples where you can actually hear the whole thing. I'm kind of sick of the whole standing set up I think I'm going to move my stuff around again but I don't know it sounds like a whole lot more work than not doing that haha
@@Professor-kaoss I totally get it 😁 I think whatever makes you comfortable then we would be alright with it. I go through phases where I am overlay productive and then I move on to other projects and it becomes a cycle. I guess I like the eb and flow of it all
@@g-tracks yeah man I've been feeling kind of stuck in this cycle weekly cycle and I would actually some weeks like to start doing more but some weeks I would like to just do nothing except play games but then when I start getting on my music it's always a great time so always glad in the end.

Hi, which sample rate do yo set in Portacapture? I have Pixel 7a and can't get it working. Tascam "Wrong rate for USB", Pixel cam "no audiorecording possible, mic is off or in use."
@@beatsofthings Thanks so much for the comment. I am at 48hrtz . No mic . I use the USB to go from the X8 to my Google Pixel 7 Pro to record live. I have purchased multiple high bit transfer USB cables. It definitely is not perfect but I have been able to get it to work for my videos. Sometimes the Tascam Portacapture X8 will give me a prompt on the screen that it is not transferring sound. I will unplug the USB to my phone and re plug in. Then in the video settings I will have to go turn on USB teathering. Hopefully this helps and you can get yours to work 😁 Have a great day

@@beatsofthings In the settings on your phone in the camera. Go to camera, click on video. Plug in the USB to your phone and the Tascam. My Tascam says USB mismatch and I click on ok, then it ask if this will charge and I click no. In the bottom corner or top corner depending on how you are holding the phone click on settings in the video. Scroll down to mic settings and there will be a USB setting/ icon you can click on. This setting will not show up unless you have the USB hooked up to an external microphone or audio hub. All of this was very hard to find and get working but 40+ videos have been done this way. It can be frustrating but stick with it and it will be a lot easier than the alternative. Hopefully all of this makes sense to you and you are able to get it working. I can tell you that I have tried many different options and this is still the easiest way to record audio from a device to my phone. Then I am able to load up a video directly to UA-cam. No computer
