    Thank you, it does make a difference. For me only two points stay tender though, one on my right shoulder (I used to have a frozen shoulder on the right). And one at the bottom of my neck between my shoulders. If you have an extra tip or exercise I love to hear this. Kind regards, Gerrie (from the Netherlands 😊)

    Hi thanks for your comment! It’s John Sinclair goofy guy in the video responding to you. The scrubbing is a coaching term for Osteofascial Technique developed and shared by Ian ODwyer out of Australia. Essentially it is using friction to invoke hydration to the skin and connective tissues (fascia) which will aid in better viscosity of the layers of tissue and allow the sliding surfaces of the tissues to move better. This can be expressed as better range of motion possible due to less adherence of layers skin to fascia and possibly better communication through the sensory nervous system. Much science has been brought to us through the Fascia Research Congress and through many pioneers in movement and manual therapy. We prefer the terms rubbing and scrubbing as it sounds less intimidating and confusing than neuroosteofascial techniques. 😊

    I love deadlifting and ice cream. Those are my 2 vices. I started by portioning my servings daily, then moved to weekly, now I only eat it about once a month. Like any addiction I weened myself off. My second vice is deadlifting, that I had to hire a coach to program other exercises in to my training. I knew it was to much to train to frequently but I also knew that I love it so much that I would not stop and it would actually hurt my progression in the long run.

    Great info. It's one thing to have a job where we are sedentary for long periods of time and we need to get moving and another to have an active job where we are performing repetitive movements. That's a whole other set of challenges on the body. Thanks for addressing both.
