Honda Acty WILLpowered tachometer install
Переглядів 2,6 тис.2 роки тому
This is what it takes to install one of our Honda Acty plug and play tachometers. This specific kit was for a 6/4 pin and was the “pass through” so you still have a 6 pin connector to plug your stereo into. The open ended kit would just have 6 labeled wires that you could splice into your aftermarket stereo harness if you want. We are authorized glowshift dealers and use their 7 color gauges so...

Honda Acty big brake kit by WILLpowered installation instructions. Spacer kit and studs can be purchased at www.willpowered.us but the brake kit (KC699 or KCOE699) can be found online for cheaper than I can even source it. I mention it in the video but it is very important you put the left caliper on the right and the right on the left. The correct orientation is with the bleed screw pointing u...

So for the right side speakers, which is positive and negative?
You could technically make either one negative. I make the brown (truck side) neg as a standard and the grey with black stripe on the harness side which again is closer to an “industry standard”
@@willpowered9882 thanks.
I tried this brake kit for my Acty. The brake hardware (clips) keep rubbing against the rotor, and it's driving me crazy. I disassembled and reassembled them multiple times. Not sure why the rotors are sitting so tightly that they make contact with the pad retaining clips.
That is the one thing about the KC699 kit, the clips are literally a mixed bag. I had to pick and choose the clips until I got ones that didn’t rub. Think I even had to clip/shave a couple.
Are they really phillips head or are they JIS drive?
Great video. I’ve got an 88 Acty with the same stock radio. How can I buy that plug n play harness through you?
This is exactly what I need….. for a 92 Suzuki DD51T. What are the odds some of these bushings are the same?
Does the watch come with the kit? Very nice.
perfect for my red bulls 😂😂😂😂
Do you know the bolt distance of the caliper?
How do you remove the vents from the dashboard?
I have 1997 Acty Van SDX and I just installed this, people were telling me from the pictures that I have a 6/4 pin so That's the one I bought. Well I installed it and the sound only comes out of my passenger side door. I have 2 speakers and tested the before I bought this but now it's just coming out on 1 side, plus theres no hole to mount the thing on the back I need help
The tach pictured here is the 2” or 3-3/4” ? How do I know which # of pins harness I need?
Do you know the size in inches or centimeters of the speed? The top shell of the clear plastic? I’m trying to get a clip mount for the dashboard but I want to put it where I can see clear but I got one and didn’t go in because of the round cover protector. I don’t have my van rn because it’s getting some work on, but it’s a Honda Acty 1997. If someone could help me I would be super grateful 🙏🏻 thanks! If it helps it’s a HH3
I cant find them on your website. Whats the link? Would like to order them asap
Honda Acty Shift Bushing Kit www.willpoweredperformance.com/product/honda-acty-shift-bushing-kit/
@@willpowered9882 thanks about to order it now. Mines a 95 honda acty. This is the correct set? Thanks
@@TurboTurdBurglaryes it’s the correct part
@@willpowered9882 ordered! Thanks guys
Do you guys still sell this acty radio? Can't find it on the website
Thanks for the harness and the hi-chew candy lol.
🤙🏻
Which option is the correct fit for 1992 Honda Acty ?
Anyone ever have issues with the old nylon lock nuts slowly backing off due to the torque break to get preferred tightness? I would pay a little more for a full kit that also included replacement nuts…
I have a 1995 honda acty do you have a plug and play adapter for the other type of connector
I have no plug n play for all options listed on my site. Should be on eBay as well, I’ll double check the listing.
SO difficult to guess the wiring off of the video. Keep pausing to see but still no luck. No wiring diagram on the website either.
That’s because I sell the stereos with a plug and play harness. When you buy it from me you don’t need a wiring diagram.
What about rears?
I ordered the same radio but the adapter harness didn’t come with it. Would you happen to have a video showing how to work with the ones it came with?
Does anyone have the OEM spec for the wheel studs size, knurl diameter/ shoulder size? Acty HA4 HA3?
Same question. Did you find an answer?
There's no way to take out the two air ventsfrom the middle of the dash?
Bought a used 1996 honda acty but owner didnt tell me which wire is for the stereo
パネライのほうに目が行ってしまいましたがな😮良い時計持ってまんね😊
You show 4 pieces but the kit has like 14 ?
In the beginning of the video I was pointing to the 4 different components that used to come in out “partial” kit. We only offer a kit with everything you need now.
just ordered mine thx hope to get it soon
I got to do mines. I have oil spots all ove my back
Easy to do and made a huge difference!
Dude, I cant wait to get this kit. Mine has 3/4" of slop! It is hard to find 3rd without it slipping into 5 when downshifting into a turn!
Do you happen to remember the offset on these wheels?
what PLA are you using, i'm in florida and heat will warp most stuff lol
$60 for the kit
Do they make anything like this for the Suzuki Carry? Or does anyone know if this kit will work???
Seems to have a delay in those units no very responsive when touching accelerator. Do you have aftermarket part for Sambar's? I do see your repair parts for Sambar's but no big brakes for Sambar's? No coil over shocks? Lift kits?
this video is a life-saver!
1:33 *THE H IN THE STEERING WHEEL IS REMOVABLE AND ALLOWS ACCESS TO THE 19mm NUT* So everyone else can benefit. No need for all that in the beginnin
Any chance you could look into a rear disc kit?
Putting all that back in is gonna be fun 💀
You moved the rotor 6mm.why on earth would you use studs that long..looks terrible
If you install the kit you will see that the thread engagement on the lugnuts is reduced. I’ve seen alloy rims with thicker faces make it actually impossible to get even one thread. Safety is more important than aesthetics. The perfect length would be an odd size stud that would be much more expensive if available at all, these can always be trimmed to fit your specific application.
If the spedometer is stuck at 99999/100000 is there a fix or does it need to be replaced?
do you have to do this to all wheels?
This is just for the front. Rear have drum brakes and our rear disc conversion has been shelved for the time being. The amount this pushes the front wheels outward is negligible when compared to rear.
Does it matter if it’s fuel injected? The process would still be the same to remove?
Hey ordered this it’s all wired in correctly have power to the USB port but LCD not coming on
No need puller to remove sterring?
Would you happen to know the distance from the rim to the caliper? I'm trying to buy some SSR MK3's rims for my acty in 13". I'm a little worried about the face clearance. Thanks
Could this possibly work for my hijet truck? I’ve spilled my morning coffee on myself 24553322 times
Any idea if this will fit a daihatsu hijet ashtray?
I haven’t seen a Daihatsu ashtray recently but I doubt it. Sorry
@@willpowered9882 all good man, so hard to find a cupholder for this thing lol.
Shout out for the kit! Quick install major difference. You Rock!
I just gotta say this is fantastic! The simplicity is startling when your used to American made vehicles. I’ve been a Honda person for over 20 years and worked for Honda for 18 of that. I wish I had known about the Kei vehicles back then, I’m having tons of fun learning now and slowly saving towards an Acty, Carry or Sambar of my own. Haven’t decided but I’m 6’4” @225 so the decision may be made already, lol… Keep up the great work and appreciate you doing all you have done! Love the website!!!
We appreciate your support. Each brand has its pros and cons but I like Hondas overall and at 6-1 225 the fit is just fine for me.
I'm around 6'5" and fit if you have longer legs like me it may be an issue my knees sit a couple inches from the dash, from what I have heard is the vans have more room I've never sat in one before so I can't confirm
