    I never cared. He’s right. BUT, it does make it extremely difficult sometimes and it does put stress on the relationship whether you say it does or not. IT DOES.

    Men say they don’t care but woman will hold onto that ball and chain her parents have her attached to and will only listen to what the family thinks instead

    Exactly. A relationship is two persons. Period.

    Take everything with a grain of salt from friends and family. Sometimes you find a gem and sometimes you find a turd. You can’t save everyone. Appreciate everyone’s 2 cents and combine people that think the same way into two categories “helpful” and “unhelpful”. Pick the helpful ones and walk away from the unhelpful. No disrespect, but sometimes you can’t help your friends and family no matter how close they are.

    Pretty poor take imo, if the family unit is strong, then 100% youve gotta trust their intuitions or acknowledge it. These people who raised you and kove you should be looking out for your interests. My dads my biggest critic, if he has nothing bad to i know ive done well, and if its all good things then i know I've smashed it because i trust their judgment. Especially in relationships, you need that objective person looking from the outside and the ones looking out for you.

    I agree. My mom would frown on the people I dated simply because they didn’t speak Spanish (she wants her grandchildren to speak Spanish). I’d die for my mom but she has no say in who I date.

    I think it's wild to think that your relationship won't affect the people around you and if the people around you that you love and care about are like I'm not into this person, that's probably a little bit of a red flag about them

    I totally disagree i think lying over eating the last mango something small is worse then lying over them cheating on you.

    Same here actually. But i also found out a lot of people are oblivious to how they make others feel. Not an excuse tho. But i had to learn how to call out people once they do something i don’t like….it was hard at the beginning and i know im still not quite there yet cause i always end up falling to my default. But im getting there step by step🤝

    if theyre willing to lie over a mango rather than tell the truth, imagine the detrimental stuff to the relationship they're withholding from you. if they wont tell you abt the mango they arent gonna tell you about cheating.

    • @vexial12
      @vexial12 3 місяці тому

      One billion percent you’re so correct. A big however though is not all white liars are cheaters. You just jumped to a truthful extreme. But the mass majority of people who do little things like that do it as a joke and it’s no deeper than that. You should find a partner smart enough to know when you’re being facetious.

    • @duckbillwill_01
      @duckbillwill_01 3 місяці тому

      @vexial12 for sure, you can't just assume every small lie is a complete tell on character, but if 5/10 things they tell you arent truthful it's safe to assume they just lie. I only say that bc I have to check myself bc I am naturally a pathological liar, I find myself doin it sometimes and I'm like "yo dog just tell the truth" lmao.

    Let’s flip this around if you as the husband make the same dilemma you are controlling and abusive. If she starts tell you who you can and can not be chilling with, she doesn’t love you she just controls.
