Great speakers for an SQ competition car. I’d plan on pairing them with 2 Fi Neo 4.7 12 inch subs so it’s SQL instead of just SQ.

Loved to build a Sound Quality competition car with 2 US amps SQ442 for the 3 way active fronts and rear fills and a VLX200 or a 500HC for subwoofers, and a hi res audio DSP with the option to hook up a digital audio player directly for maximum sound quality.

I’d love to have 2 of these plus a VLX200 in a future SQL build. Smooth sounding and vibrant sounding sound quality speakers accompanied with very loud but clean and accurate speakers.

It's so awesome you guys are back! I would love to have some of your amps and more when I can afford to. I have been planning on doing an OG system with PPI Art A1200.2's and some other Art amps in an old school Mighty Max minitruck with a clam shell or blow through. I see comments online of people saying damping factor of amplifiers doesn't matter and with newer type subwoofers or unless it's a tube amp. Those are usually the same people saying things against class AB. I prefer class AB amps over class D. In my experience they control subs way better and faster and just sound better and seem more powerful than a class D amp that supposely puts out the same power. I feel like a lot of subs are over damped to the point that they lose transient response and lack motor force to even make a difference. I know these old school AB amps have fidelity, high damping factors and high slew rates and serious power that can control subs and speakers like most class D amps can't. There's so many amps out now that put out sloppy power, especially the cheap brands.
