I bought the cheapest "race" tires available .... BATT Tech UHP-CS !

I'm a mid pack rider with average abilities racing on a very strict budget and exploring all options to keep me out and on the track.
All in all, happy, it does the job at about halve the price...a set of R11's now (May 2024), R5900... Bought the set of "2022" Batt's for R3490.
Hope you have as much fun watchin this as I had making it.
Ps. I bought these tires with my own money, I'm honestly just looking for the best bang for buck to keep on the track and doing laps..will do more laps (counting them and timing them) until this set is kapoet, thus far very happy 👍

First day, second session out on the BATT UHP-CS Managed a 1.20 first session, came in early to make sure the wear looks good. Went out ~20minutes later and did a 1:19 in session 2 on lap 16 - point made, they work, decided to save the tire for the actual race ;-) All in all, happy, it does the job at about halve the price.
