I love the fact that you can tie the satin bonnet and adjust. I bought a few and it squeeze my head so bad i had to make a cut in the band. I love that everything is satin. Love the black and white headband

How often do you cowash before wash day? I started recently to cowash twice or three times a week to each of my hair hydration will improve and reduce breakage.
Once every 2 weeks
